Returns Policy

Make sure that the following points are adhered to for hassle-free return service: 

• Time limitation is 1 WEEK from the time package was received (SMS will used as additional proof),
• The item is returned in its original product packaging and still INTACT,
• It's okay to try things on but isn't right professionally to wear an item and then try to log-return after use,
• You return all the parts of the item you received,
• NO REFUND but we do exchange after investigation (NB: You are liable for half of the send back courier fees).
